MEET FATIMA
Fatima Ibrahim (ANutr, MSc) is a nutritionist, culinary educator, and food systems practitioner with over a decade of experience at the intersection of food, public health and behaviour change.
In 2025 Fatima founded StudioNour, a consultancy that brings together nutrition, culinary thinking, and design to help organisations and businesses create healthier food environments, meaningful programmes, and positive food experiences.
Today, she works with organisations, communities, and food businesses to design initiatives that make healthy eating more practical, enjoyable and accessible.

Fatima brings a rare blend of hands-on and strategic experience — from hospitality and food environments to nationwide nutrition and cooking programmes to business consulting on reformulation and sustainable sourcing. This breadth has given her a grounded understanding of what actually shapes food choices: not just knowledge, but culture, access, environment, and everyday life.
These experiences sparked an insight: nutrition has the greatest impact when it is brought to life through food, cooking, and experiences that people can genuinely connect with.
Today, that belief drives StudioNour — bringing nutrition, culinary thinking, and design together to help organisations and businesses create healthier food environments, meaningful programmes, and positive food experiences.
WELCOME
Every project begins with context. We listen before we design - exploring who the work is for, what barriers exist, and what success looks like in practice.
The result is work that is not only scientifically sound, but practical, relevant, & sustainable, designed to create meaningful, lasting impact.
NUTRITION IS ABOUT MORE THAN
WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE
StudioNour is a culinary and applied nutrition consultancy supporting businesses, organisations and communities create healthier food environments, meaningful programmes, and positive food experiences. We bring together expertise, culinary thinking, and people-centred design to make nutrition practical, culturally relevant and delicious.
Studio
Studio represents the creative and collaborative process of designing thoughtful approaches.
Nour نور
Nour echoes nourishment and is also the Arabic word نور, meaning light.
The name StudioNour reflects two ideas at the heart of our work.
Together, they reflect our belief that nutrition should not feel overwhelming or restrictive, but practical, empowering, and accessible.
WHY IT MATTERS
Nutrition shouldn't
feel confusing.
Yet with so much conflicting advice and misinformation, knowing what to eat is only part of the story.
Lasting change happens when nutrition is evidence-based, practical, culturally relevant, and designed around the realities of everyday life.
